The Ultimate Look by Sonya Hair Studio is a beauty lounge for women.  Healthy hair is the cornerstone of all our personalized services.  We specialize in the latest hair styling trends through means of extensions.  No matter if you desire a look that’s short and sassy, natural and sweet or long and fabulous.  We have the right look for you.

The Hair Studio is an appointment-based establishment, where we strive to stay on schedule.  Please schedule appointments at a convenient time for you to avoid any lateness.  At times unforeseen circumstances may arise but it is a courtesy to place a phone call to avoid your appointment being canceled or accrue late and cancellation fees.  

Each and every one of our treasured clients receives a custom tailored consultation and hair analysis prior to experiencing any one of our unique services; we do this to ensure that the health and integrity of your hair is never compromised between professional hair care appointments.  There is a non-refundable consultation fee of $50.  The fee will be applied to the total cost of your service on the day of your appointment.  An appointment for service must be scheduled within 30 days of the consultation; otherwise, the fee will be forfeited.  Once you complete the consultation process you will be quoted the cost to complete the service and the deposit amount to reserve the appointment.

There is a non-refundable deposit required to book appointments for all hair addition and hair extension services, and to process orders for hair extensions, hair replacements and lace front wigs.  The deposit reserves your appointment for the allotted time to complete the service and to order goods.      

Deposits can be paid online through Pay Pal or via the Studio after submitting the appointment request form.  Deposits are due immediately after booking the appointment.  No appointments will be reserved without the required deposits.  Please call the Studio to confirm appointments at 240-481-2180.  There is an automatic $6 fee for all online payments.

There is a 48-hour rescheduling and cancellation required for non-hair extension services.  For all hair extension and hair addition services, there is a 72-hour rescheduling notice required.  Please adhere to the policies to avoid forfeiting deposits.  No exceptions.
